Automatic vs Manual: Which Should You Choose?

Home / Blog / Automatic vs Manual

One of the first decisions new students face: automatic or manual? Here's how they actually compare for driving in Kuwait.

Automatic Car Lessons

Automatic training is the faster, more beginner-friendly route. Without a clutch or gear shifting to manage, students typically progress to test-readiness more quickly, and it suits Kuwait's stop-start city traffic well.

Manual Car Lessons

Manual training takes longer to master but gives you a broader license — manual license holders can legally drive automatic vehicles too, while the reverse isn't always true depending on how your license is issued.

Which Should You Choose?

If you want to get licensed quickly and mainly plan to drive in the city, automatic is usually the practical choice. If you want maximum flexibility over the vehicles you can drive, manual is worth the extra training time.
